Your care with Dr. Johnson begins with a
comprehensive orthodontic examination. His office
is equipped with state-of-the-art tools that provide
the information needed for an accurate diagnosis
and appropriate treatment plan. These include
digital panoramic and cephalometric X-rays, which
use significantly less radiation than traditional
X-rays. Dr. Johnson's capabilities also include a
sophisticated software system that allows you to
see images of your teeth - and how they will move
during your treatment - on flat-screen monitors
that sit chair side. The revolutionary OrthoCAD
system is also used to create a "virtual" model
of your entire mouth, which Dr. Johnson uses to
plan bracket placement with pinpoint precision.
Once your initial exam and diagnostic records are
completed, a customized treatment plan will be
mailed to you and to your family dentist promptly.
